Run by the same people, every day.

We opened the doors in 2019 with one rule: serve people the way we'd want to be served. No upsells, no scripts, no "customer journey" — just a tidy shop, fair prices, and someone behind the counter who knows what they're talking about.

Most of what we sell comes from UK independents — the kind of makers who answer their own phone when you ring with a question. Anything we wouldn't buy ourselves doesn't end up on the shelf.

Yes. Ring or message and we will put it behind the counter until the next working day.
Do you source special orders?
Often. If one of our makers produces it, we can usually add it to the next delivery.
